The coffee crops grown in continuous renovation program are formed by plants of the varieties Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Catucaí and Obatã, all of the species Coffea arabica. We produce coffee using the following methods:
- Pulped Natural (Semi-washed, washed with mechanical removal of mucilage).
- Pulped Overripe Cherry (Semi-washed, washed with mechanical removal of mucilage).
- Natural (dried in the hull).
Pulped natural coffees have a balanced cup, which is sweet and full-bodied (chocolaty), with bright acidic (especially citric) notes, with lingering aftertaste and aroma that are ideal for the composition of a good espresso.
Natural coffees, especially the Natural Overripe Cherry, are full-bodied and very sweet, with a deep fruity aroma and taste, tailored for lovers of coffees with a distinctive personality.
